Oct,1992,Hangzhou zhilian toy co., ltd was established as a manufacturer of toy .

At the beginning of 2000,the factory is reformed to Hangzhou zhihui toy., ltd under the approval of Zhejiang second light industry enterprise group.

Sep,2001, the factory moved to Jianggan economic & technologic zone, meanwhile, it is updated as Hangzhou crafts& textile co., ltd, which has an area of 18,000 M2.
